Group Meditations

During group meditations, the power is enormous. Even if our Spiritual level is very low, it will be raised to a much higher level after we have joined in group meditation for some time. On the other hand, even if our level is high, not going to group meditation will push us down to a very low level. This is because, in this world, we are reliant on and related to others; no one can accomplish anything alone. It is the same with Spiritual practice.

Blessing the earth with loving-kindness, peace and goodwill during Meditation on Twin Hearts can be done by a group as a form of world service. The effectiveness of the blessings is magnified many times more as a group meditating rather than as an individual. The energy of ten persons meditating in a group is significantly more powerful than ten persons meditating by themselves alone. Grand Master says that the increase in energy is exponential and a group of ten meditators are equal to 100 people meditating individually.

MEDITATION SCHEDULE AT FOUNDATION
Daily:

Meditation : Meditation on Twin Hearts – Evening 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm

Eligibility – Open to all

Meditations : Inner Breath, Level 1, 2 & 3
Timings : 9.30 am to 1.30 pm
Eligibility – Arhatic Yogis
Thursday
Meditations : Soul, Inner Breath, Level 4, Level 5
Timings : 9.30 am to 1.30 pm
Eligibility – For Soul & Inner Breath – Arhatic Yogis
For Levels 4 & 5 – Level 1 & 2
Full Moon Meditations
Timings Evening 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm
Eligibility – Open to all
